Position Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of face-to-face contact with staff and visitors to the office.
- Interfaces with staff addressing questions regarding general office procedures.
- Distributes mail and packages.
- Manages various mass distributions as needed.
- Schedules meetings/appointments as needed and reserves conference rooms for staff members. Assists with organization and preparation for all meetings, workshops, events and presentations and ensures proper room set-up.
- Maintains general appearance of the office space.
- Maintains and manages kitchen equipment. Monitors proper usage, schedules repairs when necessary and trains staff on safety and maintenance protocols.
- Assists with travel arrangements when needed.
Education
- High school diploma or GED
Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor.
