Position Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Provides stakeholders with the status updates, issues, key activities and any changes to the scope of the overall project.
- Documents and provides updates on work performed.
- Develops scope of work for projects and identifies material and labor necessary. Obtains material pricing from vendors.
- Paints interior and exterior surfaces of the facility. Installs and repairs wallpaper coverings.
- Patches plaster, sheetrock, masonry, metal and wood surfaces.
- Inspects the condition of various architectural systems and finishes. Assists in identifying areas needing refinishing work. Makes recommendations of colors and finish materials to be used for the facilities.
Education
- High school diploma or GED
Experience
Approximately 2 years of experience in painting, plastering and masonry.
If role requires use of WCM vehicle for business use, must have valid New York State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, verbally and in written form.
