Position Summary
Under direct supervision, is responsible for the operational and day-to-day activities of the receiving area and performs various mailroom/clerical duties
Job Responsibilities
- Answers phones, responds to inquiries and triages calls to appropriate personnel.
- Sorts all received mail, packages, or correspondence by recipients' location and/or department.
- Receives, signs and logs all incoming packages from delivery services and courier services.
- Delivers packages to recipients.
- May perform custodial or entry level mechanic functions as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a receiving operations or related areas within a large complex organization
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
